Each product of ours is made with utmost care and planning. Before we got into finalizing our products, we started off with an in-depth discussion with our chief advisers of the brand, my grandmothers.
We tried to find out about their favorite food items while growing up. We went back in time to relive their childhood through their stories. It is then we selected products that played an important role in our grandmothers’ lives. In order to be sure of the authencity of the product, we spent more time learning the art and secrets of making these dishes from my grandmothers in their kitchen. They showed us how they create magic with the simplest ingredients and techniques.
After the overwhelming knowledge-sharing, we try bringing the same magic as my grandmothers in our cooking unit. It is here our research and receipe development team brainstorms on the kind of fusion or modern elements to be added. We process at least 3 types of options then, we taste it and finalise on one recipe. Once we finalise the recipe we start with our process which includes multiple checkpoints set by our grandmothers and our own checkpoints making sure it’s double checked before it reaches you. We also take atmost care from procuring the right and the best raw materials and also maintaining proper hygiene and care. Once you receive the goodies, our process doesn’t stop there, we reach the most important step - taking your feedback. We value each and every feedback that comes from you and are constantly in the process of making our products better to give you the best experience possible.
