First millet (bajra/kambu) flour is roasted until nutty and golden, then mixed with warm ghee and palm sugar, just the way your grandmother would do it, filling the kitchen with an earthy aroma. Now it’s time we flip the script from old to new with a heap of indulgent Lotus Biscoff spread and a gooey marshmallow and cherry surprise stuffed inside, finished off with a roll through crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuit crumbs. The result is a ladoo that’s fun, fearless and dangerously delicious.
